Develop Shared Resources to Unlock Operational Efficiency
As United Way deepens efforts to drive social impact and empower new champions, we will develop systems and models that consolidate high-cost and redundant functions, allowing United Ways to focus on core community impact and driving upwards of 20% more dollars toward that work.
A Radical Re-imagination of Our Work
Change Management is critical to move our legacy organization to adopt our new model. We partnered with change management specialists to learn what we need to transform while also meeting current needs. We are listening closely to address barriers to change because change is hard.
Turnkey Digital Assets will make it easier for United Ways to deliver high quality content to the right people through the right channels at the right time. We will provide United Ways with tools to create microsites and stories that invite community members to get involved.
A Network-Wide CRM (customer relationship management tool) will deliver an affordable solution that is easy to use, scalable and provides centralized data to deepen relationships with donors and corporate partners.
Shared Services (Marketing, HR, Finance, IT and Procurement) will allow for cost savings while supporting expansion efforts and capability enhancement through dedicated, specialized service delivery.
Learning Management System will administer, manage and organize networkwide learning and information materials online. It will track, report on, automate and deliver educational content in a clear and logical flow that is simple and intuitively structured.
