Brian K. Hulseman-Abrams

Entrepreneur, CPA and Attorney

An entrepreneur for the past 25 years, Brian’s first start-up was Corporate Imaging Concepts, LLC, a tech-enabled marketing firm where until just after its sale to a private equity group in 2016, Brian served as the company’s CEO and Board Chair.

In addition to working on his own ventures, currently Brian serves as an independent director on the boards of three private equity backed companies where he focuses his work on supporting talented executive teams. Brian also serves on the Advisory Board of Fort Point Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm, and the Baumhart Center at Loyola University where he has been an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship and corporate strategy in Loyola’s MBA program. Brian and his wife, Patty, are the co-founders of Beacon Academy, the first Montessori-based high school 7 in Illinois where he served as the founding Board Chair. Brian also has served as an independent director and on the board of trustees for several private companies and charitable organizations.

A CPA and attorney, Brian is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a BS in Accountancy (BS ’90) and the University of Michigan Law School (JD ’93).
