  • Donating stock to United Way is win-win! You’ll help support our work in the community and get tax benefits. 

    How to Donate Stocks—It’s Easy! 

    Want to give? Ask your broker and to transfer the stock directly to United Way or United Way Worldwide. 

    We’ll give you everything your broker needs — the name of our brokerage, account info and contact details. 

    Once your broker transfers the stock, it’s done! Just make sure the stock is transferred before it’s sold to avoid extra taxes.

  • Thinking about your will? You can now make or update it for free — and you can leave a lasting gift to United Way at the same time! We’ve teamed up with FreeWill to offer you an easy way to create your will at no cost. 

    Use this free tool to start writing your will today. Including United Way in your plans helps support education and financial stability as well as health and basic needs for years to come.
